What
is a Monthly Program?
Great Waters
Group conducts a free educational program meeting on the third Monday
evening of each month that is open to both our local Sierra Club members
and the general public. The goal of each meeting is to offer expert
speakers who will share their experiences and methods of preserving and
enjoying the outdoors and the natural world.
By attending,
you will have the opportunity to learn and get some of your questions
answered. You will also get a chance to meet and visit with
people that have interest in our environment and may share a specific
interest of yours.
There
are no obligations to attend. Just drop in to hear a topic
of interest and if you do, you might even win one of our door prizes.
Summer
Sabbatical: We
take the summer months off to enjoy the outdoors. Check out our
events to find out what you might want to participate in. Our Programs
will resume in September.
Program
Location:
Mayfair Mall in the Community Room which is on
the lower level of the Garden Suites East offices near the center
of the mall.

Parking
Directions at the Mall:

Park
on the east side of the mall near the General Cinema.

Walk
into the mall through the entrance on the ground level next to
the covered parking area. There you will see the Fox World Travel
office.

Walk
a bit further into the mall and you will see glass doors on the
right which is where you will enter Garden Suites East.

After
going through the doors go down the stairs or use the elevator
to head to the lower level. A sign is typically available to
help direct you.

Follow
the hallway and you will see the Community Room where the hall
makes a 90° turn to the right.
